How come is this? Is David Milliband actually Sweep? Who is Sooty?

Hello viewer.

One of the pictures above is of a glove-puppet with delusions of Grandeur who appears to be under the impression that he is required to respond to all crises with a) a stunning degree of incompetence and b) an obsessive return to a putative global requirement to interfere with people's rubbish bins.

One of the people is Her Britannic Majesty's Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth affairs.

Can you suggest which one is which?

A Jacksonian Republican Party Democrats in the United States frequently lay claim to the heritage of Thomas Jefferson and Andrew Jackson.
