Is there something physically wrong with George Bush's coordination, speech or bearing?

Just asking, as did the scurrilous Wonkette site. These sort of pictures do seem to get taken a lot. Lies.com (which I've just found, and which seems an interesting site) suggests that Bush may be a 'dry drunk', which I do not understand as a term and which seems not to have that much science beyond some statistical and behavioural speculation attached. On the other hand, this site, which details the long term effects of cocaine and alcoholism on the brain, is quite chilling.

A Jacksonian Republican Party Democrats in the United States frequently lay claim to the heritage of Thomas Jefferson and Andrew Jackson. They present the two as tribunes of the revolutionary people, and Jefferson-Jackson dinners are often occasions at which aspiring candidates can strut their demotic stuff, as it were.
